So you do not have to search for everything again just before departure.
From €1,500 planning fee plus 6% of fixed travel costs
The 6% applies to the larger, fixed parts of your trip booked in advance, such as flights, accommodation and pre-booked transfers.
Restaurant visits, activities and other personal spending during your trip are not included in this calculation.
The planning fee is charged in addition to the cost of the trip itself.
You will receive the exact scope of services, fee calculation and final price in your individual proposal before planning begins.

HANAKA is your personal travel planning service, not a booking platform.
We take care of the research and planning.
You receive the relevant booking links and make your bookings directly with the respective providers.
This means you do not have to spend hours comparing endless options, while still staying in control of your bookings.

A spontaneous day trip, a restaurant reservation or an experience you suddenly decide you do not want to miss.
Sometimes, the best plans come together while you are already away.

With our Travel Concierge, all it takes is a message during the agreed contact hours.
You tell us what you have in mind and when you would like it to happen.
We explore the possibilities, contact providers and coordinate the arrangements within the agreed scope of our service.

Instead of a ready made itinerary, you receive a personalised plan with carefully selected accommodation, suitable connections and experiences chosen for you.
You then make your bookings directly with the respective providers.
How much does personal travel planning with HANAKA cost?
That depends on how much of the planning you would like us to take care of.
With Discovery Edit, starting at €500, you receive personally selected activities, restaurants, special places and recommendations for a trip whose main arrangements are already in place.
Signature Journey starts at a €1,500 planning fee plus 6% of fixed travel costs.
This includes planning your journey from the itinerary and flights to accommodation, transfers and special experiences.
The planning fee is charged in addition to the actual travel costs.
You will receive the exact price and fee calculation in your individual proposal.
Is hiring a personal travel planner worth it?
If you love travelling but do not want to spend weeks comparing flights, researching accommodation and reading reviews, personal travel planning can save you a considerable amount of time.

Does HANAKA plan honeymoons, round trips and multi-stop journeys?
Yes. We plan individual journeys for couples, solo travellers, families and friends.
Whether it is a honeymoon, an extended round trip or a journey through several destinations, we tailor the itinerary, accommodation, transfers and experiences to your wishes.
The aim is not to see as much as possible in the shortest amount of time.
It is to make sure you have enough time for the things that matter most to you.
Do I book flights and hotels myself when HANAKA plans my trip?
Yes. In most cases, you make your bookings directly with the respective providers.
We take care of the research, selection and coordination of your travel plan.
You receive the relevant booking information and links for flights, accommodation and other agreed services.
HANAKA is a personal travel planning service, not a booking platform.
This means you do not have to research everything yourself and can make your bookings using your completed travel plan.
Will HANAKA support me during my trip?
Yes. Our travel planning services include personal online support within the scope of the agreed service.
With our additional Travel Concierge, we can also help with spontaneous requests during your trip, such as restaurant reservations, special activities or coordination with local providers.
We will discuss the services you need and how to reach us in advance.
Can I request changes to my travel plan?
Yes. Your journey should feel right for you.
That is why we do not limit you to a fixed number of feedback rounds.
If an accommodation option, itinerary or recommendation does not quite match what you have in mind, we refine the plan together.
This applies within the originally agreed scope of your journey.
You can share your preferences without feeling pressured to make every decision based on the first selection.
