Right of Withdrawal

This notice applies to consumers where a corresponding statutory right of withdrawal exists under the law applicable to their contract.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, provided that the relevant statutory right of withdrawal applies to your contract.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform:

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to do so.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse the payments that must be refunded under applicable law without undue delay and within the legally prescribed period.

Where a statutory fourteen-day reimbursement period applies, that period begins when we receive your withdrawal notice.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, and provided that you do not incur any fees as a result, reimbursement will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

If you expressly requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required under applicable law to pay a proportionate amount for services performed before your withdrawal.

For fully performed services, the right of withdrawal may expire where the applicable legal conditions are met, including the consumer's express prior consent to early performance and the legally required acknowledgment concerning the loss of the withdrawal right.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
